There had been several feedbacks and communications in response to the earlier mail in the SITA yahoogroup on the meeting held on 20th November 2012 in the Nirmal Dham.
Among the several issues that were discussed in that meeting main focus had been on these following agenda proposed and put forward by the LET members to the National Trust:
(a) To Vacate the office premises on the second floor of C-17 Qutab Institutional Area that is to be upgraded as as a Sahaja heritage site for eternity.
(b) To Cancel the National Christmas Puja 2012 at Nargol in favour of hosting the Puja at Ganpatipule. Also, hosting of single International Puja venue in India in the forthcoming years unlike the current practices.
(c) To form a Central Committee of 33 SYs for India who will be responsible for all Sahaja activity in India.(d) The selection for (c) above will be conducted by 11 SYs, who will constitute the selection Committee.
The National Trust response that has recently been initiated on Point no.( b).
The forthcoming National Christmas Puja 2012 at Nargol organized by National Trust is already too late ( only a few days left -less than a month ) for a possible alteration/cancellation as thousands of SY within India is learnt to have already got their rail reservations done in advance for the venue. The National trust however is learnt to have accepted the proposal to host single International Puja venue for 2013 in India unlike 2012 .This already has been informed by the Trust to the CC vide their recent letter of clarification that venue of the International pujas scheduled for 2013 in India will be hosted in the following places:- Hopefully the modified dates and the venue of Pujas for 2013 will shortly be published by CC accordingly (modifying their earlier announcement in SWAN .Viz., Puja Schedule 2013 )
Therefore the current status for the 2013 Puja venue for India may be recorded as :-
a) Birthday Puja at Chhindwara – 19 to 21 March 2013.
b) Diwali Puja at Nirmal Dham - 08 to 10 Nov 2013.
c) Christmas Puja at Ganpatipule- 23 to 25 Dec 2013.
However, from the above initiative of National trust it seems we did get some positive response at last. Now, as for constituting a CC body for India , let us pray that the future CC to be constituted be as per the desire of Shri Mataji for disseminating spiritual communications and Principles and functions amongst the collectivity as shared in earlier mail Report_on_CC. It will be a worthwhile request to our Sahaja Yogi brothers and sisters whoever attended the meeting to kindly come forward to elucidate more on these lines for sharing amongst the collective regarding the actions initiated and the follow -ups.

- Dear Brothers and Sisters, Jai Shri Mataji
The report received from the Pune Committee regarding Kalpana Didi's visit on 11 March 2013 is forwarded for your perusal please. Incidentally Monday 11 March 2013 was Phalguna Amavasya, one of the most inauspicious days. All Amavasya days are appropriate to perform Shraddha rituals to appease the ancestors.
Purpose of visit:
The Pratishthan Committee was informed by the National Trust that Kalpana Didi will be visiting the Pratishthan on the 11th March 2013 at around 1000 Hrs. It was further informed that she would be mainly visiting the Pratishthan to collect clothes, decorative items and some tpys of the children.
Events on 11th March 2013:
Kalpana Didi arrived at the Pratishthan at about 0945 hrs on 11th March 2013 along with 12-15 boys and girls with 5 cars and 2 mini trucks. The vehicles had the following registration numbers:
1. MH 04 CJ 7580 – Car
2. MH 14 CS 1022 – Car
3. MH 12 JC 9900 – Car
4. MH 14 AM 8556 – Car
5. MH14 BA 3499 – Car
6. MH 04 FP 2787 – Truck
7. MH 12 AR 8969 – Truck
The Pratishthan Committee was surprised to see such a large gathering with Kalpana Didi with persons of Packers & Movers company. It was initially presumed that Kalpana Didi would spend just around an hour or so to collect her belongings with a few persons with her. But she stayed in the Pratishthan from 0945 hrs to 1945 hrs.
As soon as they got down from the vehicles, all of them went straight away to the floor where Didi had kept the rooms locked.
Packing the goods and the conduct:
When all of the persons and Kalpana Didi went into her rooms, Mrs. Jyoti Sanas – Pune District Coordinator & the Partishthan Committee Head went into the room; but immediately Mr. Nitin Jawalkar who was among the group asked her to go out & stay outside in the corridor. Then except Kalpana Didi & persons with her, nobody was allowed either to enter or come near the rooms. The packing of the goods started and one by one some suitcases were brought out. They showed some of them containing the clothes on the top but what was beneath was not shown. Almost all the packing was done in the rooms with closed doors. Care was being taken by her persons to see that no Pune Committee member could come near the packing area. By chance, when one of the members from Pune Committee was near one bed room, silver articles were being packed. As soon as Didi’s person saw our member, all the silver articles were immediately pushed into the rooms. Nearly 80 packages were seen which included probably the silver bed also. It was presumed that almost all items packed and kept in Kalpana Didi’s room 2 years ago by Mr. Pugalia had been taken away. All the packaging was done by the professional people. After complete packaging when they were ready to load the trucks, the Committee Members of Pune were asked if they wish to open and see the contents inside. Obviously, when the packaging with final plastic covers also was finished, no one desired to see the contents. This seemed to be just a formality.
Insulting Attitude, Comments & Behaviour by Mr. Nitin Jawalkar:
During the course of these packing events and when Kalpana Didi called all of us to her floor for final check up, Mr. Nitin Jawalkar showed his usual aggressive and unpleasant behaviour. Without reference to any context, he was on many occasions abusing the National Trust, in general and Lt. Gen. (Retd) V.K. Kapoor, in particular. The language used and the gestures shown were very arrogant, and did not fit in any normal manner of a gentleman. Surprisingly, all this happened in the presence of Kalpana Didi and all of her persons. In no way did she prevent Mr. Nitin Jawalkar from behaving in such rude and unruly manner. On the contrary, she tried to support him on one or the other pretext. Hence, at the end, Pune Committee members had to express their dissatisfaction to Kalpana Didi requesting her to contain such behaviour, particularly, in the Pratishthan premises.
Kalpana Didi’s Comments:
Right from her entrance till she left, Kalpana Didi at least 4-5 times commented adversely on declaring Pujas at Chhindwara and Hyderabad. She also commented rudely regarding the working of the National Trust but justified the presence and appreciation of LET and invited all of us to attend the birthday puja at Nirmal Dham, New Delhi
Handing Over the Keys:
When everything was over, Kalpana Didi called all of us at her floor and told us that she was going to handover all the keys except that of the store room in her bed room. We tried to convince her that we have received the instructions from the National Trust, as promised by her to get the possession of all the keys. But she denied. We also then denied to accept the keys .At this juncture, Mr. Nitin Jawalkar abused Lt. Gen. (Retd) V.K. Kapoor and also Dr. M. B. Kulkarni with very rubbish language. Ultimately, after the consultation with Lt. Gen. (Retd) V.K. Kapoor, some additions in the letter written by Kalpana Didi were made and the keys (except that of the inner store room) were accepted by Mrs. Jyoti Sanas. The letter signed by Kalpana Didi & Mrs. Sanas is enclosed.
While departing from the Pratishthan at around 1945 hrs, Kalpana Didi praised the Committee members for their hospitality , cooperation and also the way the Pratishthan is kept and maintained in clean and tidy conditions.
The photograph of the rooms of Kalpana Didi snapped in “As Is Where Is” condition on 11th March 2013 at 2045 hrs is also enclosed for record.
The factual report is submitted for perusal, record and further needful actions/directives to the National Trust.

For your enlightened attention and Bandhan
Today i had a long talk on phone with an old Sahaja yogi of Delhi LET. He
told me that they held the meeting on 20 th November 2012 with National
Trust ( NDSY), and LET Mumbai.
LET Delhi had proposed to make a committee of 11 Sahaja yogis from all the
the trusts ( two from LET Delhi) who will work out to form an Advisory type
of committee consisting of old and deep sahaja yogis.They may be about
20-30 members from all over the country. They will work as guides to merge
all LETs into one body. They will guide the executive members to work as
per the advices given by Shri Mataji on various issues like money matters.
The LET Mumbai and NDSY national Trust told that they will consider after
holding meeting with their own members and inform about their views. I
might have missed some points to put here because of a long telephonic
conversation.
So let us pray from our hearts to Shri Mataji ( Who is watching us in Her
Nirakar form) dispel the darkness from the minds of the Sahaja yogis and
give us the power of Her Love to be Sincere and Honest and not divide
ourselves.

Subject: Letter to All Sahaj Yogi Brothers and Sisters

Heart groans with pain and the feeling of deep anguish devours the whole
being when one sees innocent Sahaj yogis looking askance at the faces of
those at the helms of Sahaja affairs. Developments in global Sahaja affairs
since 2005 and after the Mahaprayana of Shri Adishakti on 23rd Feb.,2011 in
particular, are shocking and heart-rending.
Everyone of us, who had regularly been attending Sakar Pujas and Programmes
of the Divine Mother, knows for sure that Shri Adishakti assumed complete
silence in 2005. Because of health problems, strong medicines (sedatives)
were prescribed and administered to Shri Mataji during these years, as a
result of which often She used to be in a semi-conscious state in almost
all the Pujas. All the videos are documentary proofs. Leaders and
organisers took full liberty and crowded the stage, where there used to be
only one or two persons in the service of the Divine, during previous
years.
It was at this time that all the organizations including „Nirmal
Infosystems and Technologies‟ (now changed to NITL), „H.H. Shri Mataji
Nirmala Devi Sahaja Yoga Trust‟ were established. Shri Mataji was made
settler and Chairperson and Sir C.P. Srivastava the Vice Chairman of the
Trust. All very well known High officials, Chartererd Accountants and
luminaries of Indian Sahaja Yoga sky *were appointed as life time
Trustees*of the Trust though most of them were terminated immediately
after the
Mahasamadhi of Param Pujya Shri Mataji.
The objective entrusted to the aforesaid Trust as per the printed message
on the occasion was *“to spread my message of Sahaja Yoga and of love,
harmony and Kundalini awakening to the farthest corners and to every seeker
in this ancient land of ours. This is a historic responsibility, which I
am entrusting to you all. I am sure that you will work selflessly,
tirelessly and with even more commitment to spread this message and
strengthen the Sahaja collective through sharing joy and love amongst all
Sahaja Yogis. At the same time I know that you will strive continuously to
become deeper in your meditation and evolve spiritually”.*

*Dear Sahaja Yogis,* in that state of health, how could Shri Mataji create
these organizations? It is for you all to think of. Actually She did not
create this Trust at all. *If She had indeed created the NDSY Trust and
appointed the Life Time Trustees, how could they be dismissed overnight in
2011? Nobody in the cosmos has any right to overrule Her Commands. More
than anyone else, our Divine Mother knew that nobody can be a permanent
Sahaj Yogi, what to talk of a permanent trustee. We have seen with our own
eyes leaders, Country Leaders, World Leaders coming in and going out of
Sahaj Yoga. T*hese organisations were created with an intention to gain
control over National Sahaja Yoga empire of the Divine Mother. Our
innocent Shri Mataji, was very proud of and very happy over Her global
empire which had „no office‟ and „no employees‟. Her children themselves
managed everything with love and honesty. Talking about organizational
activities, Devi said repeatedly “You organize and I will disorganize it”.
(Sankalp Vikalp Karoti). That is what She did in Guru Puja 2008 speech.
Divine asked all the evolved Sahaja yogis to become Gurus. She said that
She will make an International Trust where these gurus could submit the
surplus money from Pujas. *She also insisted on the need of an
„Independent Committee‟ i.e. Central Committee for India.* Both the
desires of Shri Adishakiti are still awaiting materialization.
Right from day first the only effort of NDSY Trust has been to :
a) Control all the collectivities and make it imperative for them to
follow their Trust‟s commands.
b) Merge all the Life Eternal Trusts of the Country, in one way or
another, for no merger of Charitable Trusts is allowed as per law of the
land.
c) Convert all the city centers into branches of NDSY Trust.
d) Make all the centres to take donations only in the A/c of NDSY Trust
and by this way control all Sahaja Yoga resources.
e) Impose compulsory contribution of Rs. 50/- + 20/- per participant in
Pujas and Seminars. In some states, Rs. 15/- per participant is to be paid
to meet State office expenses. In this way they force every Sahaj Yogi to
pay Rs. 1000 (appx) per annum to NDSY Trust.
f) Give Padvis (posts) to their followers and authorize them to wield
power over innocent Sahaja Yogis by threatening to throw them out of
collectivity in case they refuse to follow the commands of their
coordinaters. Plenipotentiary Zonal coordinators are sent to centres to
realise the amount of National and State Contributions.
*Dear brothers and sisters* it is more than one year that LET Delhi had
decided not to react to the activities of NDSY Trust. But there is limit
to everything. *Life Eternal Trust, Delhi is being projected as a villain.
All out effort is afoot to tarnish the image of LET, Delhi and defame Delhi
collectivity in the eyes of global Sahaja family.* Therefore, It has become
essential to make all the members of Sahaja Family aware of the facts so
that they awake and visualize the clear picture of things.
So long as Divine Mother was amongst us in Her Sakar Form, all the commands
were given and works got done in Her name and everyone of us followed with
bowed heads. However the incidents that occurred and the demands made
after 23.2.2011 i.e. Mahasamadhi, were extreme and not at all palatable.
The Sakar Form of Shri Mataji was brought to Nirmal Dham on 26h Feb., 2011
and before that it was decided by the Trustees of the NDSY Trust, and
members of the family that the Divine Mother would be laid to Her eternal
rest in Nirmal Dham. It was not an ordinary national or international
event. It was an universal event. Mahasamadhi of Shri Adishakti herself!
All human beings, saints, seekers, and devotees were to be witness to the
event and express their gratitude to the Devi. Everything was to be done
in a manner befitting Shri Adishakti. There was very short time, only forty
eight hours to do everything. Land filling and development of such a huge
plot, preparation and construction of Samadhi site, foundation of high
raised platform, flower arrangements, preparations to control Lakhs of
people coming for Last Darshan of the Devi, transport, police arrangements
and so on. However, Sahaj Yogi Children of Shri Mataji swung into action
and everything was done in a perfect way. In a very disciplined way, more
than 1,50,000 people paid homage to their beloved Mother.
Most of our Sahaji brothers and sisters were witness to this historical
event. More details would be superfluous. Everything done nicely. Huge
bills were to be paid. However, no penny came from NDSY Trust for the next
four months. Delhi and NCR collectivity was fortunate enough to rise to
the occasion.
Then came the turn to construct the first phase of the Samadhi. On the
occasion of a number of Sahaja Pujas and seminars, our esteemed Sir C. P.
kept on praising the efforts and pains of Delhi Trust and collectivity but
always announced vociferously that the construction of Samadhi and
arrangement of finance for the monument was totally the responsibility of
NDSY Trust and that LET Delhi has only to assist in execution of work.
The work of finalizing the drawings of the Temporary structure was assigned
to a team of NDSY Trust. LET Delhi had no alternative but to keep waiting
for the decision of the so-called big-brothers. Sir C.P. left for Genova
in March itself. Inclemency of Indian summer heat was at its height.
March, April and first half of May, 2011 passed but there was no response
from NDSY Trust. Pressure from all over the world was building up. A
waterproof tent with beautifully decorated interior was pitched up over the
Samadhi of the Divine Mother to protect it, as much as we could, from
scorching summer heart and rain. Ultimately getting tired of severe
criticisms from all corners, Delhi Coordinator Shri Des Raj, with all the
Trustees of LET, Delhi and some senior Sahaja Yogis approached the Trustees
of NDSY Trust and told them clearly that if the drawings of the temporary
structure were not finalised within a week, we shall start the work without
any further wait. It is then that the drawing was finalised by Shri Dev
Pujari, the appointed architect in the last week of May, 2011, and the work
of first phase of Samadhi could commence. The main work of construction of
the first phase of Samadhi consisted of:
a) Fabrication and installation of iron structure of Samadhi and
meditation hall in front of it. (RCC structure is not allowed to be
constructed).
b) Deep RCC foundations
c) Civil work at Samadhi and surrounding area
d) 3-4 feet land filling of Samadhi plot and Nirmal Dham complex.
e) Making of approach road in Ashram complex
f) Beautification and plantation around Maha Samadhi
g) Development of Grassy lawns
h) Construction of some rooms for the visitors.
i) Marbling of the Samadhi with best Makrana white
j) Construction and beautification of outer circumambulation (Prikrama).
k) Installation of Glass doors and windows
l) Proper electrification of Samadhi and the whole Nirmal Dham complex.
m) Air Conditioning of the Maha Samadhi and many many more jobs.
*Dear family*, the cause of delay in finalising the drawing of the
temporary structure (that exists at present) could be understood only by
the course of future incidents. Matter of fact, right from day first our
Divine Mother assumed Her Virata Form, following persistent demands from
Sir C.P., some members of the family, Vice Chairman, Executive Secretary,
Trustees of NDSY Trust and the persons who thought themselves (and none
else), in-charge and responsible for Sahaj Yoga to :
i) Transfer the land of Nirmal Dham in their name or
ii) Give it on 99 yrs. lease at an annual rent of Rs. 1/- per
annum.
iii) Give them right to bulldoze the present structure of Nirmal
Dham and dispose it off to Junk Dealers (Kabaries) (documentary proof
available).
iv) Right to shift the Samadhi from the present site to the
middle of 7Ѕ acre plot of Nirmal Dham.
v) Merge the LET Delhi in the NDSY Trust and put an end to the
existence of this body which was raised by Shri Mataji Herself ! Shri
Mataji has been Chairperson of LET Delhi and will remain (in Nirakara Form)
its Chairperson forever and ever.
Different meetings with LET Delhi were held and all out efforts made to
lure or bully the LET Delhi. We were told that merger is nothing but just a
feat of jugglery of Chartered Accountants. This is how many branches of
Indian State and City LETs have already been merged.
LET Delhi sought legal opinions from top legal experts and they opinioned
that the property of the Charitable Trust belongs to all the donors and if
any donor challenges the transfer in the court of law, transferring
trustees will be put behind bars. There will be no escape for them.
Under these circumstances, when LET Delhi expressed its inability to
transfer or lease out the property of the Trust to any individual or
organization, the authorities of NDSY Trust threatened to shift the Samadhi
somewhere else, outside Delhi. Different types of stories and dreams were
concocted and circulated, serious search for a suitable plot of land began,
different places were visited and survey made.
The news of the decision to shift the Samadhi of Shri Mataji from Nirmal
Dham was a serious emotional blow to Her beloved children. A wave of anger
and disappointment spread all over the Sahaja collectivities. Everyone was
aghast over such an imprudent decision. Shifting the Samadhi of Shri
Adishakti incarnate! Sahajis reacted all over. Number of letters, mails
sent, telephone calls made, bandhans given and Havans performed to dissuade
those at the helms of affairs. Questions were asked :
a) Is this the cultural heritage of our country that we keep on bragging
of?
b) Is it our religious tradition to give Samadhi to the Sakar Form of an
incarnation and again exhume it and shift to another place?
c) Is it the quantum of faith and reverence that we have for our Divine
Mother?
Somehow, with the blessings of Shri Mataji good sense prevailed upon and
the silent Farman (order) was withdrawn. But the lust for power and
all-over control knows no end. The effort to achieve this end still
continues unabated.
Yogis from Delhi and NCR collectivity, however rose above everything,
prayed to the Divine Mother and accepted the challenge of completing the
work of the first phase of the Mahasamadhi. In a determined way they
worked for long hours during the scorching summer heat and awfully humid
season of monsoon, and by the grace of Shri Adi Shakti the beautiful
air-conditioned Samadhi with aesthetically pleasing interior, built with
spotless white Makrana marbles, 35 feet high dome, a majestic chandelier,
inner and outer prikrama (circumambulation), a meditation hall in front,
lush green grassy lawns all around the Samadhi, beautiful shady trees and
blooming flower plants on the boundaries of the huge plot was dedicated to
the global Sahaja family on 23rd Feb., 2012 three days Param Chaitanya Puja
Seminar.
*Dear Sahajis*, you will be astonished to know that none of the Trustees or
office bearer of NDSY Trust bothered even to pay a single visit to Nirmal
Dham, what to talk of sharing the work or contributing to the construction
of first phase of Mahasamadhi!
*Divine mother, in Her discourses, has spoken* in detail about the enemies
of Sahaja Yoga, we have to be aware and beware of. These are :
i) Lust of power
ii) Lust for Money
iii) Commercialization of Sahaja Yoga.
*She has also warned that no one else but those who have donned the garb of
Sahaja Yoga, those who have put the labels of Sahaja Yoga on them, will
damage this divine movement.* Also Shri Mataji has repeatedly warned of
Pauls and Peters in Sahaja Yoga. After the crucifixion of Jesus Christ,
these two bureaucrats took over the reins of Christianity, twisted the
teachings of Jesus Christ to suit their ends and caused enormous damage to
the Holy Bible.
Let us have a bird‟s eye view of the developments in Sahaja Yoga since 2005
when our Mother assumed silence :
i) Power hungry, money oriented people have been brought in to
become In-charge of Sahaja Yoga.
ii) Two classes have been created amongst Sahaja Yogis.
a) Rulers b) Ruled
iii) As a matter of strategy, old–old Sahaja Yogis who gave away
their whole lives for the Divine cause of Shri Mataji, have been neglected
and pushed to the abyss of deep despair. Bhaktas and true seekers of Sahaja
Yoga are being ruled by those who have neither the vibratory awareness nor
Sahaj integrity ! Some of them are not even realized beings.
iv) Compulsory contribution has been imposed for participation in
Sahaja Pujas/seminars. It includes :
Rs. 50/- puja expenses
Rs. 50 NDSY Trust

Yoga centres has gone so deep that most of LETs in India have been merged,
their bank balances and properties transferred to the balance sheets of
NDSY Trust.
*Case of Patna collectivity is a glaring example.* Small collectivity of
Patna collected some money from their meager resources to buy a small plot
for the local meditation centre. The NDSY trust ordered them to give away
the whole amount to NDSY Trust. On refusal, the coordinator of Patna was
changed overnight and all sort of pressure was used. However, the Yogis of
Patna opposed them very firmly, got the account freezed and now a case has
been filed in the court of law.
vi) Right in 2005, the NDSY Trust, in the name of Shri Mataji,
opened a well furnished office on the second floor of Sahaj Temple, New
Delhi.
However, this office has become a liability for LET Delhi. Recently when
they were asked to vacate the premises, so that it could be converted into
a museum displaying gifts and belongings of Shri Mataji, they outrightly
refused to vacate it. Thereafter they approached NOIDA collectivity to give
them the second floor of NOIDA Ashram. Their refusal to obey infuriated
the trustees of NDSY Trust.
Provoked NOIDA collectivity declared themselves to be an independent body,
independent to take their own decisions without following command of any
other individual or organization.
*The problem, dear brothers and sisters does end up with this.*
Machiavillian tactics, replacing Sahaja Love, respect and compassion for
each other, are being used. Divide and rule has become the motto, groupism
and castism is being encouraged to gain power and control.
*As you know well that there are fifty two Shakti Peethas of Mother Sati‟s
Pindas, spread all over Asian sub continent, but “Nirmal Dham” is the only
Sampuran Adi Shakti Peetha in the whole universe. Purna Avtar Adi Shakti
Mataji Shri Nirmala Devi, has chosen this Ashram for Her Sakar Form to rest
here forever and ever. The Divine vibrations flowing from the Holy Samadhi
fulfill the whole atmosphere and make all Sahaja Yogis relive Her Fragrant
Memories. “Nirmal Dham” is now the most Sacred Shrine (Teerth Sthala) for
all Sahaja Yogis.***

However, NDSY Trust‟s averseness to LET Delhi, Nirmal Dham Ashram, and even
to Maha-Samadhi has risen to such an extent that an all out campaign has
been launched to bring down the significance of Mahasamadhi and Holy Nirmal
Dham.
a) All the seminars and Pujas of Nirmal Dham are being countered by
organizing simultaneous seminars at other places so that Yogis could not go
to Nirmal Dham in large numbers.
b) Centre coordinators throughout the country, are being admonished
against making announcements of Nirmal Dham Seminars and Pujas.
c) Coordinators are not allowed to sign marriage forms of the desirous
Yogi/yoginis for the marriages being solemnized in Diwali Seminar 2012 at
Nirmal Dham.
d) Even in routine pujas it is endeavoured that Sahaja Yogis do not
reach there in large numbers. Shri Ganesh Puja of 23rd Sept., 2012 at
Mahasamadhi is current example.
The coordinator of Ghaziabad city was, made to organize a district level
seminar in Ghaziabad Ashram. It has been reliably learnt that bouncers in
big number were hired and made to be present there for the safety of their
so called Esteemed Guests – The Trustees of NDSY Trust.
Degree of their love, faith and dedication could be measured from the fact
that at the time of Param Chaitanya Seminar, Feb., 2012, circulars were
issued to the centres all over India that Adishakti is all pervading and as
such there is no need to go to Nirmal Dham Samadhi, and that all should sit
at home or local centres and meditate. They will be equally blessed. For
birthday seminar 2012 all the centre coordinators were commanded to ensure
maximum number at Chhindwara.
Diwali Seminar 2012 at Nirmal Dham is being countered by parallel Puja at
Jaipur and Christmas Puja Seminar at Ganpatipule is being countered by
parallel seminar at Nargol. The NDSY trust has become Event Management
Trust. **
Many efforts were made to request them and dissuade from organising two
seminars simultaneously. The last effort on behalf of LET Delhi, was made
by Dr. S. C. Nigam in Kanpur seminar in September 2012. Not only that that
all his efforts to persuade them were defeated, but also he was ill-treated
by an esteemed affluent trustee of NDSY Trust.
Shri Mataji always forbade commercial activities in Sahaj Yoga. But
turning a deaf ear to all Her advice, a private commercial company in the
name and style of NITL has been constituted. Shri Mataji‟s discourses,
videos, Books etc. have been declared the sole property of the company
under Intellectual Property Right of a Person Act. It is upto Sahaja
collectivity to decide whether these are intellectual property or spiritual
property meant for the seekers of Truth.
*Dear Sahaja Yogis,* it is the time to awake, use our discretion, see the
real picture of things and find out solution to get rid of this damaging
tendency.
*The only solution appears is to form an independent „Indian National
Sahaja Yoga Forum‟ and to bring all the Sahaja Yogis of the country under
one banner .* All the representatives to this Forum should come from their
respective collectivities, from bottom to top. They should not be dropped
from above. They should come from village to city centres, from city to
district, from District to State and from State to National Forum. A
twenty one or eleven member ad-hoc committee of Senior devoted Sahaj Yogis
could be appointed to fulfill this task.
Talking about three types of people, Jesus Christ once said :

* But those who are in-between, I will spit them out of my
mouth. *

*So dear Sahaja Yogis*, humble request is this that it is High Time to open
our eyes, use our discretion (Sat-Sat-Vivek Budhi), shake off our
conditioning of blind following (fundamentalism), in the light of Chaitanya
recognize the Truth and boldly stand with it. It is really the time to do
some soul searching and decide without any further delay that *“whom have
we to worship and follow commands of – the officialdom or Shri Adi Shakti
Mataji Shri Nirmala Devi?*” To be or not to be should not be the question.
In no way should we belong to the „in-between‟ category so that Divine does
not „Spit us out of Her Mouth‟.

Today i had a long talk on phone with an old Sahaja yogi of Delhi LET. He
told me that they held the meeting on 20 th November 2012 with National
Trust ( NDSY), and LET Mumbai.
LET Delhi had proposed to make a committee of 11 Sahaja yogis from all the
the trusts ( two from LET Delhi) who will work out to form an Advisory type
of committee consisting of old and deep sahaja yogis.They may be about
20-30 members from all over the country. They will work as guides to merge
all LETs into one body. They will guide the executive members to work as
per the advices given by Shri Mataji on various issues like money matters.
The LET Mumbai and NDSY national Trust told that they will consider after
holding meeting with their own members and inform about their views. I
might have missed some points to put here because of a long telephonic
conversation.
So let us pray from our hearts to Shri Mataji ( Who is watching us in Her
Nirakar form) dispel the darkness from the minds of the Sahaja yogis and
give us the power of Her Love to be Sincere and Honest and not divide
ourselves.

Heart groans with pain and the feeling of deep anguish devours the whole
being when one sees innocent Sahaj yogis looking askance at the faces of
those at the helms of Sahaja affairs. Developments in global Sahaja affairs
since 2005 and after the Mahaprayana of Shri Adishakti on 23rd Feb.,2011 in
particular, are shocking and heart-rending.
Everyone of us, who had regularly been attending Sakar Pujas and Programmes
of the Divine Mother, knows for sure that Shri Adishakti assumed complete
silence in 2005. Because of health problems, strong medicines (sedatives)
were prescribed and administered to Shri Mataji during these years, as a
result of which often She used to be in a semi-conscious state in almost
all the Pujas. All the videos are documentary proofs. Leaders and
organisers took full liberty and crowded the stage, where there used to be
only one or two persons in the service of the Divine, during previous
years.
It was at this time that all the organizations including „Nirmal
Infosystems and Technologies‟ (now changed to NITL), „H.H. Shri Mataji
Nirmala Devi Sahaja Yoga Trust‟ were established. Shri Mataji was made
settler and Chairperson and Sir C.P. Srivastava the Vice Chairman of the
Trust. All very well known High officials, Chartererd Accountants and
luminaries of Indian Sahaja Yoga sky *were appointed as life time
Trustees*of the Trust though most of them were terminated immediately
after the
Mahasamadhi of Param Pujya Shri Mataji.
The objective entrusted to the aforesaid Trust as per the printed message
on the occasion was *“to spread my message of Sahaja Yoga and of love,
harmony and Kundalini awakening to the farthest corners and to every seeker
in this ancient land of ours. This is a historic responsibility, which I
am entrusting to you all. I am sure that you will work selflessly,
tirelessly and with even more commitment to spread this message and
strengthen the Sahaja collective through sharing joy and love amongst all
Sahaja Yogis. At the same time I know that you will strive continuously to
become deeper in your meditation and evolve spiritually”.*

*Dear Sahaja Yogis,* in that state of health, how could Shri Mataji create
these organizations? It is for you all to think of. Actually She did not
create this Trust at all. *If She had indeed created the NDSY Trust and
appointed the Life Time Trustees, how could they be dismissed overnight in
2011? Nobody in the cosmos has any right to overrule Her Commands. More
than anyone else, our Divine Mother knew that nobody can be a permanent
Sahaj Yogi, what to talk of a permanent trustee. We have seen with our own
eyes leaders, Country Leaders, World Leaders coming in and going out of
Sahaj Yoga. T*hese organisations were created with an intention to gain
control over National Sahaja Yoga empire of the Divine Mother. Our
innocent Shri Mataji, was very proud of and very happy over Her global
empire which had „no office‟ and „no employees‟. Her children themselves
managed everything with love and honesty. Talking about organizational
activities, Devi said repeatedly “You organize and I will disorganize it”.
(Sankalp Vikalp Karoti). That is what She did in Guru Puja 2008 speech.
Divine asked all the evolved Sahaja yogis to become Gurus. She said that
She will make an International Trust where these gurus could submit the
surplus money from Pujas. *She also insisted on the need of an
„Independent Committee‟ i.e. Central Committee for India.* Both the
desires of Shri Adishakiti are still awaiting materialization.
Right from day first the only effort of NDSY Trust has been to :
a) Control all the collectivities and make it imperative for them to
follow their Trust‟s commands.
b) Merge all the Life Eternal Trusts of the Country, in one way or
another, for no merger of Charitable Trusts is allowed as per law of the
land.
c) Convert all the city centers into branches of NDSY Trust.
d) Make all the centres to take donations only in the A/c of NDSY Trust
and by this way control all Sahaja Yoga resources.
e) Impose compulsory contribution of Rs. 50/- + 20/- per participant in
Pujas and Seminars. In some states, Rs. 15/- per participant is to be paid
to meet State office expenses. In this way they force every Sahaj Yogi to
pay Rs. 1000 (appx) per annum to NDSY Trust.
f) Give Padvis (posts) to their followers and authorize them to wield
power over innocent Sahaja Yogis by threatening to throw them out of
collectivity in case they refuse to follow the commands of their
coordinaters. Plenipotentiary Zonal coordinators are sent to centres to
realise the amount of National and State Contributions.
*Dear brothers and sisters* it is more than one year that LET Delhi had
decided not to react to the activities of NDSY Trust. But there is limit
to everything. *Life Eternal Trust, Delhi is being projected as a villain.
All out effort is afoot to tarnish the image of LET, Delhi and defame Delhi
collectivity in the eyes of global Sahaja family.* Therefore, It has become
essential to make all the members of Sahaja Family aware of the facts so
that they awake and visualize the clear picture of things.
So long as Divine Mother was amongst us in Her Sakar Form, all the commands
were given and works got done in Her name and everyone of us followed with
bowed heads. However the incidents that occurred and the demands made
after 23.2.2011 i.e. Mahasamadhi, were extreme and not at all palatable.
The Sakar Form of Shri Mataji was brought to Nirmal Dham on 26h Feb., 2011
and before that it was decided by the Trustees of the NDSY Trust, and
members of the family that the Divine Mother would be laid to Her eternal
rest in Nirmal Dham. It was not an ordinary national or international
event. It was an universal event. Mahasamadhi of Shri Adishakti herself!
All human beings, saints, seekers, and devotees were to be witness to the
event and express their gratitude to the Devi. Everything was to be done
in a manner befitting Shri Adishakti. There was very short time, only forty
eight hours to do everything. Land filling and development of such a huge
plot, preparation and construction of Samadhi site, foundation of high
raised platform, flower arrangements, preparations to control Lakhs of
people coming for Last Darshan of the Devi, transport, police arrangements
and so on. However, Sahaj Yogi Children of Shri Mataji swung into action
and everything was done in a perfect way. In a very disciplined way, more
than 1,50,000 people paid homage to their beloved Mother.
Most of our Sahaji brothers and sisters were witness to this historical
event. More details would be superfluous. Everything done nicely. Huge
bills were to be paid. However, no penny came from NDSY Trust for the next
four months. Delhi and NCR collectivity was fortunate enough to rise to
the occasion.
Then came the turn to construct the first phase of the Samadhi. On the
occasion of a number of Sahaja Pujas and seminars, our esteemed Sir C. P.
kept on praising the efforts and pains of Delhi Trust and collectivity but
always announced vociferously that the construction of Samadhi and
arrangement of finance for the monument was totally the responsibility of
NDSY Trust and that LET Delhi has only to assist in execution of work.
The work of finalizing the drawings of the Temporary structure was assigned
to a team of NDSY Trust. LET Delhi had no alternative but to keep waiting
for the decision of the so-called big-brothers. Sir C.P. left for Genova
in March itself. Inclemency of Indian summer heat was at its height.
March, April and first half of May, 2011 passed but there was no response
from NDSY Trust. Pressure from all over the world was building up. A
waterproof tent with beautifully decorated interior was pitched up over the
Samadhi of the Divine Mother to protect it, as much as we could, from
scorching summer heart and rain. Ultimately getting tired of severe
criticisms from all corners, Delhi Coordinator Shri Des Raj, with all the
Trustees of LET, Delhi and some senior Sahaja Yogis approached the Trustees
of NDSY Trust and told them clearly that if the drawings of the temporary
structure were not finalised within a week, we shall start the work without
any further wait. It is then that the drawing was finalised by Shri Dev
Pujari, the appointed architect in the last week of May, 2011, and the work
of first phase of Samadhi could commence. The main work of construction of
the first phase of Samadhi consisted of:
a) Fabrication and installation of iron structure of Samadhi and
meditation hall in front of it. (RCC structure is not allowed to be
constructed).
b) Deep RCC foundations
c) Civil work at Samadhi and surrounding area
d) 3-4 feet land filling of Samadhi plot and Nirmal Dham complex.
e) Making of approach road in Ashram complex
f) Beautification and plantation around Maha Samadhi
g) Development of Grassy lawns
h) Construction of some rooms for the visitors.
i) Marbling of the Samadhi with best Makrana white
j) Construction and beautification of outer circumambulation (Prikrama).
k) Installation of Glass doors and windows
l) Proper electrification of Samadhi and the whole Nirmal Dham complex.
m) Air Conditioning of the Maha Samadhi and many many more jobs.
*Dear family*, the cause of delay in finalising the drawing of the
temporary structure (that exists at present) could be understood only by
the course of future incidents. Matter of fact, right from day first our
Divine Mother assumed Her Virata Form, following persistent demands from
Sir C.P., some members of the family, Vice Chairman, Executive Secretary,
Trustees of NDSY Trust and the persons who thought themselves (and none
else), in-charge and responsible for Sahaj Yoga to :
i) Transfer the land of Nirmal Dham in their name or
ii) Give it on 99 yrs. lease at an annual rent of Rs. 1/- per
annum.
iii) Give them right to bulldoze the present structure of Nirmal
Dham and dispose it off to Junk Dealers (Kabaries) (documentary proof
available).
iv) Right to shift the Samadhi from the present site to the
middle of 7Ѕ acre plot of Nirmal Dham.
v) Merge the LET Delhi in the NDSY Trust and put an end to the
existence of this body which was raised by Shri Mataji Herself ! Shri
Mataji has been Chairperson of LET Delhi and will remain (in Nirakara Form)
its Chairperson forever and ever.
Different meetings with LET Delhi were held and all out efforts made to
lure or bully the LET Delhi. We were told that merger is nothing but just a
feat of jugglery of Chartered Accountants. This is how many branches of
Indian State and City LETs have already been merged.
LET Delhi sought legal opinions from top legal experts and they opinioned
that the property of the Charitable Trust belongs to all the donors and if
any donor challenges the transfer in the court of law, transferring
trustees will be put behind bars. There will be no escape for them.
Under these circumstances, when LET Delhi expressed its inability to
transfer or lease out the property of the Trust to any individual or
organization, the authorities of NDSY Trust threatened to shift the Samadhi
somewhere else, outside Delhi. Different types of stories and dreams were
concocted and circulated, serious search for a suitable plot of land began,
different places were visited and survey made.
The news of the decision to shift the Samadhi of Shri Mataji from Nirmal
Dham was a serious emotional blow to Her beloved children. A wave of anger
and disappointment spread all over the Sahaja collectivities. Everyone was
aghast over such an imprudent decision. Shifting the Samadhi of Shri
Adishakti incarnate! Sahajis reacted all over. Number of letters, mails
sent, telephone calls made, bandhans given and Havans performed to dissuade
those at the helms of affairs. Questions were asked :
a) Is this the cultural heritage of our country that we keep on bragging
of?
b) Is it our religious tradition to give Samadhi to the Sakar Form of an
incarnation and again exhume it and shift to another place?
c) Is it the quantum of faith and reverence that we have for our Divine
Mother?
Somehow, with the blessings of Shri Mataji good sense prevailed upon and
the silent Farman (order) was withdrawn. But the lust for power and
all-over control knows no end. The effort to achieve this end still
continues unabated.
Yogis from Delhi and NCR collectivity, however rose above everything,
prayed to the Divine Mother and accepted the challenge of completing the
work of the first phase of the Mahasamadhi. In a determined way they
worked for long hours during the scorching summer heat and awfully humid
season of monsoon, and by the grace of Shri Adi Shakti the beautiful
air-conditioned Samadhi with aesthetically pleasing interior, built with
spotless white Makrana marbles, 35 feet high dome, a majestic chandelier,
inner and outer prikrama (circumambulation), a meditation hall in front,
lush green grassy lawns all around the Samadhi, beautiful shady trees and
blooming flower plants on the boundaries of the huge plot was dedicated to
the global Sahaja family on 23rd Feb., 2012 three days Param Chaitanya Puja
Seminar.
*Dear Sahajis*, you will be astonished to know that none of the Trustees or
office bearer of NDSY Trust bothered even to pay a single visit to Nirmal
Dham, what to talk of sharing the work or contributing to the construction
of first phase of Mahasamadhi!
*Divine mother, in Her discourses, has spoken* in detail about the enemies
of Sahaja Yoga, we have to be aware and beware of. These are :
i) Lust of power
ii) Lust for Money
iii) Commercialization of Sahaja Yoga.
*She has also warned that no one else but those who have donned the garb of
Sahaja Yoga, those who have put the labels of Sahaja Yoga on them, will
damage this divine movement.* Also Shri Mataji has repeatedly warned of
Pauls and Peters in Sahaja Yoga. After the crucifixion of Jesus Christ,
these two bureaucrats took over the reins of Christianity, twisted the
teachings of Jesus Christ to suit their ends and caused enormous damage to
the Holy Bible.
Let us have a bird‟s eye view of the developments in Sahaja Yoga since 2005
when our Mother assumed silence :
i) Power hungry, money oriented people have been brought in to
become In-charge of Sahaja Yoga.
ii) Two classes have been created amongst Sahaja Yogis.
a) Rulers b) Ruled
iii) As a matter of strategy, old–old Sahaja Yogis who gave away
their whole lives for the Divine cause of Shri Mataji, have been neglected
and pushed to the abyss of deep despair. Bhaktas and true seekers of Sahaja
Yoga are being ruled by those who have neither the vibratory awareness nor
Sahaj integrity ! Some of them are not even realized beings.
iv) Compulsory contribution has been imposed for participation in
Sahaja Pujas/seminars. It includes :

by an esteemed affluent trustee of NDSY Trust.
Shri Mataji always forbade commercial activities in Sahaj Yoga. But
turning a deaf ear to all Her advice, a private commercial company in the
name and style of NITL has been constituted. Shri Mataji‟s discourses,
videos, Books etc. have been declared the sole property of the company
under Intellectual Property Right of a Person Act. It is upto Sahaja
collectivity to decide whether these are intellectual property or spiritual
property meant for the seekers of Truth.
*Dear Sahaja Yogis,* it is the time to awake, use our discretion, see the
real picture of things and find out solution to get rid of this damaging
tendency.
*The only solution appears is to form an independent „Indian National
Sahaja Yoga Forum‟ and to bring all the Sahaja Yogis of the country under
one banner .* All the representatives to this Forum should come from their
respective collectivities, from bottom to top. They should not be dropped
from above. They should come from village to city centres, from city to
district, from District to State and from State to National Forum. A
twenty one or eleven member ad-hoc committee of Senior devoted Sahaj Yogis
could be appointed to fulfill this task.
Talking about three types of people, Jesus Christ once said :
*“Those who are „cool‟ are mine, *
* Those who are „hot‟, I will manage them*
* But those who are in-between, I will spit them out of my
mouth. *

*So dear Sahaja Yogis*, humble request is this that it is High Time to open
our eyes, use our discretion (Sat-Sat-Vivek Budhi), shake off our
conditioning of blind following (fundamentalism), in the light of Chaitanya
recognize the Truth and boldly stand with it. It is really the time to do
some soul searching and decide without any further delay that *“whom have
we to worship and follow commands of – the officialdom or Shri Adi Shakti
Mataji Shri Nirmala Devi?*” To be or not to be should not be the question.
In no way should we belong to the „in-between‟ category so that Divine does
not „Spit us out of Her Mouth‟.
