Dear All Brothers and Sisters of Gurgaon,
I am not sure how many people are copied on this email but I want to pass on a very important message. There are some people with vested interests and malafide intentions who are creating a fiction of imaginary problems that are with National Trust so that they can create a division in the unity of Gurgaon ...people who never were allowed by Mother in Her Sakar form to come forward because of their ugly character have suddenly sprung forward seeing that Mother is not in Her Sakar form.
I remember a story told in my childhood of a pied piper who played the pipe and all the rats followed him and then he dumped all that rats in the sea.
Similarly like that, some set of people in Gurgaon have sprung out like a pied piper and who are mis leading the collectivity and taking them down the path of wrong. It is because the people are innocent and they have belief in another Sahaja Yogi, the goodwill of such innocent Sahaja Yogies are being exploited so that some people can declare themselves as self appointed centre co-ordinated leader to satisfy their personal ambitions.
We all are meditating and being protected by Shri Mataji, however if we fall in to the trap of these pied pipers then for sure...slowly & slowly we will be duped and go to the sea because by meditation we get sense of intelligence, wisdom, discretion and also the spine to not side with the false, stand with the truth and tell the truth without any fear. Many people in the Gurgaon centre are hesistant to speak against these set of people because they witnessed these set of people behaving vulgarly, abusing people and extreme behavior of cheap and low level language so...they do not want to come under the line of fire of these people by speaking the truth...Mother said that in case you are not strong enough to oppose the negativity then move out....and this is what I think is happening. Gurgaon collectivity....is not able to come to that level of strength and say to these set of people.......you are wrong please stop the nonsense and we are not going to allow you take command unless and until you are cleared of your negative qualities. In a case of satanic example..these set of people on the mike abused with nasty words Sir C.P, Papji for more than 45 minutes...people who left during this unholiness did not come back to this centre, however some people stayed on saying "ham kya karen...humen to dhyan karna hai"...this is the collectivity....can we imagine what tremendous difficulty Mother has to go thru to raise the Kundalini of such people.
The people from the National Trust went to the Gurgaon centre to talk to the collectivity and clear each and every doubt and question of each and every indiviual who had any sort of query however these set of people resorted to terrorism of cheap vulgar low level language and mild physical violence and threw the representatives of the National Trust out so that the collectivity cannot be cleared of the doubts and incidents that they had created because...if everything was sorted out and cleared then they could not have been able to enjoy their own self appointed centre leadership and like the British theory..divide and rule...they have to keep the people divided till the time they want to rule.
If the collectivity of the Gurgaon truly desire to know the truth and really desire to know what actually happened, they really want to know the correct answer to the questions they have raised.......the representatives of the Trust are ready to meet the entire collectivity at one single place and time and answer to each and every indivual who behave in a honest and decent way each and every question and everything they have heard and want to know from a small piece to the most complex.and throw out these set of people whom they are allowing to represent them and who are advertising themselves as centre co-ordinator of a meditation centre in Gurgaon.
Do the people in Gurgaon are really honest to know the correct answers and truth then let me know, let the Trust know a convenient date and time when they can meet each other........or they actually want to be a part and parcel of the selfish dangerous community who are exercising divide and rule...or the collectivity want to show the world that despite doing Sahaja Yoga they are still like the rats who can be mis-led by some pied pipers and can be led away and that despite getting realized wisdom, intelligence and discreation is far away.........

[For different reasons, somebody] went there for the collective meditation we felt lots of Agnya and the heart was closed.
Then we went to the other center, and it was the same.
So we decided not to attend any center because we don't know the problem and did'nt want to take any sides. We decided to go to meditate in Nirmal Dham, which is also near Gurgaon.
...many times but not always, the problem in India is: those who decide feel they are the only people who can do it, and they don't forgive others. This msg above is not of union, but separation. How will this msg unite when they say the others should be thrown away...!

We need to put the content together for this workshop. It has to be simple in language and approach ( primarily in and around self-realization and associated transformation on personal level). This is keeping in mind the level of students and faculty here. Please forward me appropriate material that can be leveraged here. Jai Shri Mataji. Almost 9 months have passed since our Divine Mother renounced Her Mahamaya form and departed for Sadashiva Loka. During all these months, the modus operandi of the so called National Trust of India (i.e. H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi Sahaja Yoga Trust) has actually been as of a Private Trust as per the way of their handling of National Sahaj yoga affairs. Right from its inception, they had set their eyes on Sahaj Properties and resources, annexing and taking them under their own control by hook and crook, handling the Maha Samadhi affairs, persistently pressurizing to transfer / lease out the Nirmal Dham land in their name and even threatening to shift the Samadhi if their demands are not fulfilled. They tried to tempt front line Sahaj Yogis to executive posts by using devising tactics to create groups amongst Sahaj Yogis. They have created a deep sense of disappointment, anguish and rejection in the hearts and minds of almost all the active conscious and conscientious Sahaj Yogis.

2 - SOME REFERENCES...A 2002 warning about the sin against the Father, a permanent topic since 1980:

…...but in the same manner I would request Indians also to accept the other side of it: is the sin against the Father which Indians commit.
We are all the time disturbed about our material well-being and our material advancement, all the time we are thinking about our own poverty and so called material deficiency.
I would request all the Indians also to know that if you have to come to Sahaja Yoga, collectively we have to accept, collectively again I say, accept the values of Sahaja Yoga and that is: we have our Father God Almighty who has provided us with everything. We should not be disturbed about our poverty and about our [kshema] and things like that but leave it to Him to protect us. Many sahaja yogis have accepted this righteous path in India despite the fact there are hardships, but in the same way there are hardships in the West they have accepted.

Every one of you is worth the whole universe. If you want to rise to that height,. Universes of universes can be thrown away at your feet! If you want to rise to that height, to that magnitude, that is within you to prosper. But those people, who still want to live on a very low level, cannot rise.
For example, the western Sahaja Yogis have certain problems of committing the sin against the Mother, and the eastern Sahaja Yogis have the problem of committing sin against the Father.
It's not difficult at all for you to get out of it. The attention is to be kept pure. In Sahaja Yoga you know all the methods how the attention one can keep it pure. If the attention is not pure then this desire will be always attacked by all petty nonsensical things which has no meaning in your ascent.
Now a person who is a good Sahaja Yogi is not bothered about clothes, what others say to him, or what others are talking to him, how they are behaving towards him and the attention is not on that, criticism that this person is like this, that person is like that. Nor there is the aggressiveness of anyone else, because nobody is “the other”.
But the problem is when I say that, no-one thinks that I'm saying about you, each person. Those who are aggressive take the other role and those who are non-aggressive think the other way.
Like I say something for a person who is aggressive, the non-aggressive immediately thinks of the person who is aggressive, not about himself. You immediately start shifting your mind to other person, finding faults with other people.
So this desire becomes gradually lower and lower and lower because of the loads that are put onto it.
So the alertness is very important, complete alertness - satarkata, that we should keep our attention purely for the sustenance of our pure desire. Desire comes from your heart and you are so built that your brahmarandra is also the heart. If you don't have a clean heart, this won't keep clean.

I say, there are to types of sins we commit. In the West, they are committing the sin against the Mother. They have no sense of Mother. They commit it and now they are absolutely fed up of it.
Here we commit the sin against the Father. Father, the God Almighty, is so powerful. He's going to look after us. Krishna has said "Yoga Kshema Vahamayam." You just take to yoga and [God will] look after your Kskema, is your wellbeing. But here we are not bothered.
We are doing all sort of cheating, all kind of nonsense--for what? For a little gain.
If you believe that there is God and you
get to your yoga, all your material problems will be solved for practical purposes. ...

As in Bombay or any place we tried to get some land, nobody could get it. "We tried, tried, tried, you see. This is black market money, bribery, corruption."
I said, "Nothing doing, I'm not going to do any of those things." So then said, "Then Mother, how are we to achieve it?" I said, "You will achieve it, don't you worry."
Then they started saying, "She's not practical, She's this, She's that." And everybody, who said, turned out to be very impractical.
"Ultimately", - I said, - "When you will be ready for Sahaja Yoga, then you'll get the land and the Ashram." Because once you start an Ashram and have some money there, you'll find all kinds of bhoots will join together and will make fun with the money that has been collected, there won't be any proper arrangement, no proper discipline.

“The morality sense has come now to science and scientific research that they are realizing that there are genes in the human beings which get into mutation.
I have told long time back that there are two genes especially, which look after our morality.
With one gene mutation we do sin against the Mother. Sin against the Mother is that you indulge into things which are immoral, everything that is self destructive.
This self destruction is what we call immorality.
These genes get into mutation and then person start doing all kinds of things. Either he starts destroying himself or he starts destroying others. Thank God they have now reached the state of genes in the medical science, and I am sure they'll find out these two mutation- bound genes in human beings.
Only through traditions of moral life that these can be preserved.
In the democratic countries freedom was given, so they went absolutely haywire and these two genes have gone into such mutation that people do not even know that they are doing something wrong.

You have to change.
If you are still angry, if you are still greedy, if you have all these things, love won't work out. It won't work out.
So to love someone in a Divine way is to first understand the value of innocence. Why I love children? -Because they're innocent. They don't have all these things. Like in our country these days, the epidemic - epidemic of corruption has started - epidemic. It's not simple. Anybody you see, after every third person, there's an epidemic of corruption. Now why? -Because they want money. All right! Then what do they do with their money? They don't know how to hide, so they put it in some sort of a pot or whatever it is and the money gets lost. If not, they are caught up. That's not so important. What's important is, 'Why have this greed?' People who are rich are more greedy than the people who are poor, because the poor people at least have some fear of God. But the rich are very greedy.
They're running after this, running after that. There's no end to it. It is very surprising that in this country of ours this new disease has started. With this disease, even in Sahaja Yoga, there are some people who have made a business out of Sahaj Yoga and making money. So greed is something that comes to you from the right side and you start justifying it. There's no place for love for the right side.
Now this greed has gone so far that the whole country is getting ruined. We can never progress. We can never achieve anything because everywhere there's greed when people are just taking it. But if you love your country, if you have love for your country, you won't do it. But that love is missing. They love - I don't know whom do they love. They love their children in such a way that they ruin their lives.

Universal Sahaj family,
By the Grace of H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, since the beginning, our committee, under the guidance of the National Trust, has conducted many Sahaja activities. This was made possible with the help and support of the Collectivity of Maharashtra which has brought all Sahajis on one common platform. All over the state many Public programs, Seminars and other spiritual activities were conducted for the benefit of all. The efforts taken by the District committees with their teams are very satisfactory and we are greatly appreciative of the same. The Divine has also blessed the collectivity and appreciated the work done in Maharashtra during the last year. (The letter of appreciation attached).
2. In spite of all these positive steps and progress, certain negative actions and happenings are occurring in Maharashtra which can be directly attributed to the self interest and negative motives of certain senior Sahajis of Maharashtra who happen be managing the Life Eternal Trust (LET). They are not only using Sahaja Properties in Maharashtra for business purposes, contrary to the rules applicable for Charitable Trusts under the Bombay Charity Act but are also misleading the innocent Sahajis by falsely assigning their actions to the Maharashtra Committee which has no role to play as we are not the custodians of any Sahaja property in Maharashtra.

All of them are controlled by the following:Mrs. Kalpana Srivastava Mr Rajesh Shah Shri Rajender Pugalia Mr Parag Raje The others members of The Life Eternal Trust of Mumbai are not known to the Maharashtra Committee.
3. Very recently the Maharashtra Committee was blamed for the misuse of Ganapatipule land for political purpose, and this was done through e-mail/facebook. In view of this we would like to clarify that we have no management control over Ganpatiphule land which is controlled entirely by Mr Pugalia and others mentioned above. The recent political rally at Ganpatiphule is therefore directly attributable to Mr Pugalia and the Trustees of LET.
4. We would like to bring to your kind notice the fact that, after H.H. Shri Mataji went in to Her Nirakar/ Virat form, Mr. R.K. Pugalia and his team became so aggressive that they started creating a nuisance at every gathering in the Pune Meditation Centre. Their aim, it seems, was to drive out the Pune District Committee from the Kothrud Ashram (Meditation Centre) so that they could exercise complete control with the aim of collecting more and more money. Kothrud Ashram incidentally is also in possession of Life Eternal Trust Mumbai.
5. After being abused many times the Pune District Committee was compelled to leave the Ashram. Fortunately, by the Grace of Shri Mataji, and with the kind help from the National Trust Delhi who had by then been gifted the Pratishthan Property, permission was granted to hold the Collective meditation and even Pujas at Pratisthan which is now managed by the Pune District Committee under the overall supervision of the National Trust.
6. Life Eternal Trust Mumbai is also managing various properties at other places in Maharashtra like,Vaitarna Music academy, Agricultural land at Sangam near Sholapur, and Bhugaon Ashram Pune (society controlled by Mr. Pugalia)in addition to Pune Kothrud Ashram (Meditation Centre) & Ganapatipule.
7. Due to the aggressive behavior of Mr. Pugalia and some of his followers all these places are not in use for the benefit of all Sahajis. In fact no Sahaji wishes to go to these places now because they have no vibrations. They also demand heavy rents for using Ganapatipule land and Ashram from Sahaja Yogis despite the fact that these are Sahaja Properties. This clearly shows their habit of collecting money, so the rent from political parties must have been collected by them.
8. When the Chinese delegates visited India and Ganapatipule in particular, Mr. Paul the caretaker, under the orders of Mr. R.K. Pugalia collected huge amount from them forcibly. The complaint letter from the Chinese team was forwarded to the National Trust (letter attached). It clearly shows that the Trustees of Life Eternal Trust is deliberately using Sahaja Yoga properties belonging to LET for commercial purposes.
9. We appeal to all Sahajis all over the world to exert positive pressure on the Trustees of LET, Mumbai to accept the decision of our Holy Mother to increase the members of LET by adding three to four more members from Maharashtra committee, an instruction which we are informed has been deliberately suppressed by the Trustees of LET. They should allow the local district committees to manage at each location e.g. Pune Kothrud Ashram & Bhugaon Nirmal Nagari to be managed by Pune District Coordination Committee and Ganapatipule (Nirmal Nagari) should be managed by the Maharashtra Committee of the National trust and not by LET, Mumbai.
We all pray at the lotus feet of Shri Mataji to put HER Divine Attention on this issue for a Divine solution.

Subject: Mr V.D. Nimbalkar’s Malafide Intensions
It has just been a couple of weeks that our Holy mother has left us and people like Mr.Nimbalkar have started their dirty politics to gain cheap publicity by accusing Sahajis who have worked and willing to work selflessly with the divine throughout their life.
It is disheartening to see that Mr.Nimbalkar for his malafide intensions has alleged my involvement in the recent events in Pune. I was not present on the day when the respective events took place at Pratisthan, therefore I myself is unaware about the exact happenings therein.
Calling Sahaji brothers a “Rakshasa” is in itself against the teaching of our Holy Mother and depicts an anti-Sahaja attitude. I am shocked to see that Mr. Nimbalkar has no basic human values left and is outrageously disregarding the Adi Shakti by calling Her followers Rakshasa.
I would like to clear certain facts before you:
Shri Mataji had appointed me as a National Trustee in the existing National Trust of India where in I am also serving as a Joint Secretary. In such a position I find it disheartening to hear such dishonourable thoughts of Mr. Nimbalkar on Leaderships concern. I have and has never lured for such positions and it was Shri Mataji’s special desire to make me part of the National Trust.
-I would like to bring this into the attention of all Sahaji’s that few months back The Auditors of National Trust had sent a notice to Mr.Nimbalkar for the irregularities in his books of accounts, to which he had replied with an acceptance of the irregularities and an apology for the same.
All Sahaja Yogis are eternal followers of our Beloved Mother only. Mr. Nimbalkar has either forgotten or purposefully disobeying the basic principle of Sahaja Yoga by raising finger on the integrity of the beloved sons and daughters of the Most Beloved Mother.
-I and my family have been at the service of the lotus feet for the last 10 years, and never during that time Shri Mataji had expressed her displeasure. On the contrary, She had always appreciated our work to other Sahajis and also to Her Family Members.
Dear Sahajis as you all know me and my love for Mother very well I don’t think I need to explain, but the recent acts of Mr.Nimbalkar accusing me and other Sahaja Yogis is absolutely heinous. I would thereby request all my Sahaji Brothers and Sisters not to pay heed to such acts, which try to gain cheap publicity by defaming others.
I hope Shri Mataji would teach such kind of people the divine path of Sahaja Yoga of love and harmony. Your Sahaji Brother

As regards the point concerning Cars, the Black Honda City car will be gifted by her to Pratishthan/Trust.
Silver items including "Parats" will be handed over at Pratishthan during our next meeting.
Ivory items will be handed over during the next meeting at Pratishthan.
All available files will be handed over by her at Pratishthan during the next meeting. She said that original papers of Pratishthan were not available and the same should be enquired from Sir CP and Shri Yogi Mahajan.
Shiri Pugalia Ji had mentioned during the handing/taking over process in December that he had some pages of the original 7/12 with him. So we request that the same be given to the TRUST.
2. As regards the keys of the second floor, Didi mentioned that she had already stated earlier in January 2011 to me that next time she would get all her stuff packed, and hand over the keys of the floor.She reiterated her resolve to do the same hence the wordings " no explaination is forthcoming" in Para 4 is amended to read - " The second floor is locked up by Kalpana Didi and the keys of the same will be handed over by her during the next meeting of the Trustees at Pune." The error is regretted.

Taking undue advantage of your emotionallly upset condition because of the recent bereavement some vested interests are getting verbal commitments from you to part with H.H.Shri Mataji's personal property.
You cannot be compelled to act as per the directions of unauthorised persons.
As I recall, Prabhatji and yourself were very unfairly treated in Pratishthan and on asking Gen. Kapoorji his authorisation in writing to hand over to him possession of the personal property items of H.H.Shri Mataji on 6th Jan 2011, he had refused to do so.
The Gift deed of Pratishthan was never made available officially to you. In such circumstances, is it legal to part with the moveable property therein to any one? Does the Gift deed specifically state that Pratishthan is transferred in as is where is condition inclusive of all its moveable valuables?
Has H.H.Shri Mataji's consent to the moveable property also being gifted been obtained beyond doubt?
In light of Sir CPji's emotionally depressed condition is it proper to inflict on him any such legal decisions at the present juncture?
Regarding Ivory items, you cannot part with them right now to the National Trust because we had the written undertaking given by H.H.Shri Mataji that She was bequeathing them to Her legal heirs only. Also such items would require specific authorised affidavits and mere verbal authority cannot suffice.
I beseech you to take proper legal advice before handing over ANY of H.H.Shri Mataji's personal assets to any one posing to have Her authority directly or indirectly without authentic legal documents.
As the personal assets of H.H.Shri Mataji are now the assets of Her immediate family members, I do not understand in what capacity the National Trust and Gen Kapoor are demanding such details and possession of items from you. Is the Honda City car gifted away specifically to the Trust ? Where is the written deed in this respect ?
Are all the other Trustees aware of this situation and are they all unanimously consenting to it ?
If at all any items are in your possession, you are accountable only to Sir CPji and Sadahana didiji for them.

I am attaching a copy of the email sent by me detailing the events on 6th January 2011 which took place in Pratishthan Pune at a time when H.H.Shri Mataji was in the ICU in hospital and the immediate family members must be in severe mental stress.
Apparently, some trustees of the National Trust are taking advantage of the emotionally upset state of the immediate family members of H.H.Shri Mataji and ever since H.H.Shri Mataji was admitted into hospital have been persistently after Kalpana didi to part with the personal property of H.H.Shri Mataji in her possession without any authentic written authorisation.
There could be a possibility of some unscrupulous persons who may take misadvantage of Most Respected Sir CPji's emotionally disturbed state and influence him into signing documents or issuing instructions suited towards their own ends .
It is open knowledge that now Sir CPji is so shattered a person that any cunning person may take advantage of his state and misguide him
H.H.Shri Mataji had warned me twice in Somerset House and also in Pratishthan Pune that any person who knows his way of thinking can cheat him by misrepresenting facts and use him for their selfish purpose .
I request you to bring this to the notice of sincere senior Sahaja Yogis who have the interest of the family at heart and prevent any further distress to them caused by the Trustees of the National Trust.
I am also forwarding the emails about my discussion regarding Samarpan of H.H.Shri Mataji with the National Trustees and their recently issued circular so that you may get an inkling to their way of thinking.

I wish to bring to your notice certain distressing facts which took place in Pratishthan on 6th January 2011.
I was present as a witness to Kalpana didi's visit to Pratishthan to remove some of her personal belongings along with Shri P K Srivastavaji. Mr Pugaliaji was also present as a witness along with a few persons from Pune.
Firstly I cannot understand the unholy haste in asking Kalpanaji to vacate her premises or to hand over the keys of her personal rooms in Pratishthan while on the other hand they are saying that She is free and most welcome to visit Pratishthan " for short durations." I requested for the documentary evidence of the gift deed to verify the terms of transfer . We were told that the documents were with Suresh Kapoorji. But no papers were actually produced for verification. I hope the other Trustees are aware of the terms .

Didi explained that it was impossible to do so because of so many items collected over the past thirty years with many knick knacks and costly and delicate items. The packing of all the items would take at least two days .
Didi also explained that some of her personal belongings were in other parts of Pratishthan too and she would need time to identify them .
Even Govt. residences don’t have such crude rules for vacating (eviction ) within one month of retirement. Or of giving lists of personal items to the new caretakers.
Despite our trying to reason with Lt Col Kapoorji to not insist upon Kalpanaji to hand over the keys this very day, he insisted that he could not come back repeatedly to Pratishthan and she should do so on that very day.
It was very embarrassing and distressing for both Mr Pugaliaji and myself that this took place in presence of Prabhat ji who being a most self respecting gentleman, assured that he was willing to write off his personal property and had no intention of coming back to Pratishthan.
He also gifted Lt Col Kapoorji a set of Golf clubs to show that he held no grudges against him and showed him around the entire room . Some of the things had sentimental value and memories, and needed careful sorting and packing.
We tried to reason with Lt Col Kapoorji that he should inform and consult the other Trustees about this situation , and to grant Didi some time to hand over the keys , but he insisted that as Managing Trustee he had the right to take charge.
It was only when Kalpanadidi intervened and very graciously confirmed her intention to vacate at the earliest practically possible day that the embarassing situation was averted.
Didi then very graciously handed over all the awards and important citations of Most respected Sir CPji to Lt Col Kapoorji and explained the importance of each award with great pride and admiration.
She also suggested a few ideas for their display out of her love for her father.
All I wish to say is that it would be better that the trustees ensure that such situations are better handled and they should take collective responsibility and decisions on such important issues so that at least in future the family members of H.H.Shri Mataji are not so crudely slighted in premises which were their rightful homes just a few days ago.
I pray forgiveness that I was a witness to such an embarassing situation. Is this the way to Pratishthan being thrown open for the public by insulting H.H.Shri Mataji's son in law or daughter ? Is not Pratishthan the National Trusts collective responsibility and on which terms is Lt Col Kapoor.appointed as Managing Trustee of Pratishthan ?
I am also worried about the spiritual consequences of a sin being foisted by us allbeit unknowingly. I crave forgiveness from Adi Shakti Shri Mataji for this episode. Dear Trustees,
Point wise reply to all insinuations and allegations made by Shri Parag Raje Ji are explained briefly below:
Pratishthan property gifted by our Divine Mother and Sir CP to the National Trust was registered, after completing all legal formalities in the fortnight preceding the transfer, with the registrar at Pune on 08 December 2010. It was witnessed by the Pune Coordinator Mrs Sneha Pitre and other members of the Pune Committee.
That same day some handing taking over formalities were also completed with regard to Shri Matajis room, and the inner sanctum. Then we held a Nirakar Puja of the Divine Mother to thank her for the Divine gift to the Trust. The Registration papers were received the same evening after the Puja and were brought by our Lawyers to Pratishthan.
As the handing/taking over formalities were not completed in that trip, I had to make a second trip on 17-18 December in which we involved the Pune Committee also as they would be looking after the property in Pune. All property was taken over except where Kalpana Didi used to stay i.e. second floor as she had requested for some more time to pack up her baggage/ luggage. The same was readily accepted and my words to Kalpana Didi were that she could take as much time as she desired.
My third visit, on the dates suggested by Kalpana didi herself, was from 06 to 08 January 2011, when she had said that she would hand over Papajis Medals, and Ivory items alongwith the keys of the second floor. Papaji had been insisting throughout, that Ivory Items be given to the Trust as they cannot be shifted out from Pratishthan, as per law. We are legally informed of the correctness of this stand by our lawyer yet these items were lifted and packed. Sir CP desires that these be displayed in the Museum when it is finalized. The medals were given but the Ivory items were not given and Kalpana Didi said that she would prefer to give them in front of the entire TRUST. I replied that the arrangement was acceptable to me but I could not possibly keep coming every fortnight to take over some part of the property hence I requested that whichever date was suitable and convenient to Didi, it should be intimated so that Trust meeting could be arranged accordingly by the Executive Secretary.
The aspect that she should vacate was never discussed/mentioned even once. Even when Kalapna Didi spoke seperately with me, when no one else was present, we mutually decided was that if she got all her luggage packed by professional packers then she could keep the packages for as long as she wanted in Pratishthan if they were properly packed. They would then be taken on charge and looked after by the Group in charge of maintenance at Pratishthan.
I must complement Shri PK Srivastava for his sagacity and maturity during the entire discussion. In fact he stated in front of all that he entirely understood my dilemma and the sensitivity of position. When we went inside the flat, because Didi wanted to show me where the Ivory items were lying packed, PK Sahab asked me whether I played golf. I answered in the affirmative. He then requested me whether I would accept his used golf set as he was not playing any longer. I did not say yes or no because outright refusal would have hurt him, as he may have thought I was not accepting it, as it was an old set. However I did not take the set and it is currently in the charge of the Maintenance Group at Pune. In fact I had foreseen the scenario now being built by Shri Parag Raje. This can be verified independently by the Trustees as per my debriefing to Shri Suresh Kapoor, on return from Pune when even the aspect of the golf set presentation, among all other issues was explained.
Why I was made the Managing Trustee may be queried from the Trust office bearers and from Sir CP Srivastava, the Vice Chairman of the Trust, who presided over the Trust meeting when this decision was taken. I had no role in this decision making. The terms and conditions may also be checked from the Office bearers of the TRUST.
I request all Trustees to read all the clauses of the "gift deed" with the Executive Secretary who has the Original papers and the Notarised copy so that we can avoid unnecessary controversy.
I reiterate that at no time in my conversation with either Kalapna Didi or with PK Sahab was any discordant note sounded, or any harsh word used. In fact the three of us had lunch together in Pratishthan and PK Sahab whose brother was in the Army, as the Engineer -in -Chief, a very prestigious appointment, explained to me his fondness for the Armed Forces and both invited me to visit their residence at Mumbai. I was equally impressed by his courteous conduct all the time.
I feel that a Trustee should not be drawn into any family matters which Shri Parag Raje is attempting to do, knowingly or unknowingly.
It does not behove Shri Parag Raje, in his position, to use words like "crude", "crudely slighted". He may like to improve his vocabulary.
Shri Parag Raje writes about his worry about the “Sin” being committed. I would request him to read our Divine Mothers book on Meta Modern Era again to understand how rationality is used to justify irrationality.
I may also remind him that I am not a retired Lt Col but a retired Lt General with 40 years of distinguished service including fighting two wars for my Country. There is a slight difference which he may note for future use as he seems rather fond of sending e- mails.
It seems that Shri Parag Raje's judgement does get clouded by an over emotional nature for which I forgive him, because I understand the motivations and the reasons why he is doing what he is doing, and as an older Sahaji brother I still love him, irrespective of his opinion about me.
I shall be glad to answer any other query during the meeting of the Trust on 13 Feb 2011.

We have been advised that the Central Committee is currently looking into this matter and is deciding how to proceed on this issue in a Sahaj manner.
In light of these developments the Canadian National Council is strongly advising Canadian Sahaja Yogis not to apply for the marriages taking place during Diwali and Christmas Puja in India but is ultimately leaving it up to everyone's own discretion.
In the meantime we hope that through our prayers and bandhans these issues can be resolved and mistakes can be corrected. If you have any further uestions or concerns regarding this matter please don't hesitate to contact any member of your national or local councils.

The LET Mumbai has taken note of your letter and we accept that you cannot
respond to our concerns at this stage.
Please on your side we would like you to note that the launching of the
website has been exclusively in response to local demands of responsible
young people in India and also in the context of events taking place that
has damaged the trust in " Committee " institutions .
We have also realised that we need to take into account the international
dimension .
As a result of your response , we have been consulting among ourselves and
also with the young Sahaja Yogis whose needs we must meet.
We therefore propose to adjust the website in the following manner : The
rules of access to the site will be
modified in such a manner that the site
does not invite the young people to choose one another directly . Instead
of this, we will form a panel of Counsellors who will have access to the
site to assist in the matching process according to the rules laid down by
Shri Mataji
We understand from people who have been directly involved in the selection
process with Her, that Her main concern was that people from the same
centre should not marry. All matches had to be made in an honest and
transparent manner so that no one could pressurise the marriage Committee
to use their discretion to either favour or bar any candidate. The boys
have to be able to earn enough to support their life partner and the
maryadas for the girls were also laid down.
It is with this desire that we have given excerpts of some of Her speeches
on the site.
With respect to foreigners who desire to marry on this site, the Panel of
Counselllors will be happy to cooperate with the International system.
At first
we had thought that the money coming in would be used to help
deserving Sahaj Yogi students through scholarships, but now, we have
decided to make the site totally free so that there can be no commercial
aspect attributed to this site .
This website is in its nascent stages and it can be improved and we would
welcome suggestions to this effect. We shall also wait for improvements
that shall take place in the International system.
The website should evolve into a database that would ideally become
useful, to any institution who wants to organise Sahaja marriages and we
would definitely want to cooperate with the members of the International
group of the Central Committee should they so wish and provided that it
does inspire trust. These technical adjustments will be visible very soon
on the site .

Dear brothers and sisters, The CC has been approached by the Mumbai Life Eternal Trust on the matter of a local initiative, the launch of a Matrimony Website. The essence of our response was to explain why we could not approve this initiative with a view to obtain from them that they withdraw the site in its present form.
More generally, we cannot assume that people will trust Committees the way they trusted Shri Mataji and our next steps must build up this trust. Failure to do so would affect the credibility of institutions and penalize the young people. We all agree the marriage institution is a cornerstone of sahaj culture but we seem to face three immediate issues in the marriage process;
1. There was a marriage process of the National Trust in Jaipur that was unilateral in as much as no joint action could be secured with the International Marriage Committee (IMC). We propose interactions with the National Trust so as to facilitate an integration of national action with the IMC prior to the next marriage ceremony in Chindwara at Birthday puja 2012.
2. There was the local initiative from LET Mumbai on the marriage website. We hope that their response to our letter below will improve the situation and reduce the gap that is emerging on a process where we really should move all together.
3. There is the need of strengthening the IMC. In this respect the minutes of the Navratri Puja meeting of coordinators should reflect two proposals: coordinators in a position to do so should respond to the call of the secretary of the IMC, Marco Arciglio, and identify a respected yogini/yogi who would qualify to be on the IMC. A commission of a few members should be convened to review the international marriage system and make proposals to improve it.

Mumbai: Anna Hazare on Thursday performed the traditional burning of demon king Ravana's effigy on the occasion of Dusshera at his village Ralegan Siddhi in western Maharashtra.

right, u r on target . There are 2 groups now in India in every town , every village and every small collective . That is unfortunate but it is true . One group is following National Trust and other opposes it because they think National Trust is the puppet of Sir . So there are definitely divisions everywhere , pro and against.
Sy politics was always there in India but it reached to a new height when Pugalia came in . He spoiled the whole game in every state , his "divise!" ideas were same like British India - Divide and Rule and he followed that spiritually , without any feelings or emotions about anybody. Now he is behind money and unfortunately he managed to get support from some family members .. so he rose to a new height . Now it is impossible to bring these 2 gropes together. It will remain like this .
I was bit surprised to see CC - communication promoting idea of GP seminar which is organised by Pugalia group. May be they are not aware of the facts or what - I don't know.
But yes truth is that India is divided now over every issue from how to meditate to how to built samadhi .. sad part for collective..

By the Grace of H.H. Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, since the beginning, our
committee, under the guidance of the National Trust, has conducted many Sahaja
activities. This was made possible with the help and support of the Collectivity of
Maharashtra which has brought all Sahajis on one common platform. All over the
state many Public programs, Seminars and other spiritual activities were conducted
for the benefit of all. The efforts taken by the District committees with their teams
are very satisfactory and we are greatly appreciative of the same. The Divine has
also blessed the collectivity and appreciated the work done in Maharashtra during
the last year. ...
2. In spite of all these positive steps and progress, certain negative actions
and happenings are occurring in Maharashtra which can be directly attributed to
the self interest and negative motives of certain senior Sahajis of Maharashtra who
happen be managing the Life Eternal Trust (LET). They are not only using Sahaja
Properties in Maharashtra for business purposes, contrary to the rules applicable
for Charitable Trusts under the Bombay Charity Act but are also misleading the
innocent Sahajis by falsely assigning their actions to the Maharashtra Committee
which has no role to play as we are not the custodians of any Sahaja property in
Maharashtra. All of them are controlled by the following:

The others members of The Life Eternal Trust of Mumbai are not known to the
Maharashtra Committee.
3. Very recently the Maharashtra Committee was blamed for the misuse of
Ganapatipule land for political purpose, and this was done through e-mail/facebook.
In view of this we would like to clarify that we have no management control over
Ganpatiphule land which is controlled entirely by Mr Pugalia and others mentioned
above. The recent political rally at Ganpatiphule is therefore directly attributable to
Mr Pugalia and the Trustees of LET.
4. We would like to bring to your kind notice the fact that, after H.H. Shri Mataji
went in to Her Nirakar/ Virat form, Mr. R.K. Pugalia and his team became so
aggressive that they started creating a nuisance at every gathering in the Pune
Meditation Centre. Their aim, it seems, was to drive out the Pune District Committee
from the Kothrud Ashram (Meditation Centre) so that they could exercise complete
control with the aim of collecting more and more money. Kothrud Ashram
incidentally is also in possession of Life Eternal Trust Mumbai.
5. After being abused many times the Pune District Committee was compelled to
leave the Ashram. Fortunately, by the Grace of Shri Mataji, and with the kind help
from the National Trust Delhi who had by then been gifted the Pratishthan Property,
permission was granted to hold the Collective meditation and even Pujas at
Pratisthan which is now managed by the Pune District Committee under the overall
supervision of the National Trust.
6. Life Eternal Trust Mumbai is also managing various properties at other
places in Maharashtra like,Vaitarna Music academy, Agricultural land at
Sangam near Sholapur, and Bhugaon Ashram Pune ( society controlled by Mr.
Pugalia)in addition to Pune Kothrud Ashram (Meditation Centre) &
Ganapatipule.
7. Due to the aggressive behavior of Mr. Pugalia and some of his followers all
these places are not in use for the benefit of all Sahajis. In fact no Sahaji wishes to go
to these places now because they have no vibrations. They also demand heavy rents
for using Ganapatipule land and Ashram from Sahaja Yogis despite the fact that
these are Sahaja Properties. This clearly shows their habit of collecting money, so
the rent from political parties must have been collected by them.
8. When the Chinese delegates visited India and Ganapatipule in particular, Mr.
Paul the caretaker, under the orders of Mr. R.K. Pugalia collected huge amount from
them forcibly. The complaint letter from the Chinese team was forwarded to the
National Trust (letter attached). It clearly shows that the Trustees of Life Eternal
Trust is deliberately using Sahaja Yoga properties belonging to LET for commercial
purposes.
9. We appeal to all Sahajis all over the world to exert positive pressure on the
Trustees of LET, Mumbai to accept the decision of our Holy Mother to increase the
members of LET by adding three to four more members
from Maharashtra committee, an instruction which we are informed has been
deliberately suppressed by the Trustees of LET. They should allow the local district
committees to manage at each location e.g. Pune Kothrud Ashram & Bhugaon Nirmal
Nagari to be managed by Pune District Coordination Committee and Ganapatipule (
Nirmal Nagari) should be managed by the Maharashtra Committee of the National
trust and not by LET, Mumbai.
We all pray at the lotus feet of Shri Mataji to put HER Divine Attention on this issue
for a Divine solution.

5 - CHRISTMAS: Shri Jesus in Nargol, Shri Christ in Ganapatipule

... Sahaja Yoga is passing through the critical phase of turmoil and confusions. This is high time for the Sahajis to know that Sahaja Yoga, today, is clearly bifurcated giving rise to believers and non-believers. A group of Sahajis is clearly seen to run after the power of leadership, ignoring the protocol of our Divine Mother. They don’t even hesitate to claim to be the only inheritors and true followers of H.H. Shri Mataji. These so-called old leaders even demand to lead Sahaja Yoga.

After a few years of the inception of Sahaja Yoga, Shri Mataji formed The Life Eternal Trust, New Delhi to take control over the management of Sahaja Yoga in India. Accordingly, several trusts/societies were formed with the image of The Life Eternal Trust in different states of India, which worked independently. The state/city leaders, who were directly selected and appointed by Shri Mataji, looked after these trusts. Thereafter, on 8th April 2005 Shri Mataji blessed the formation of ‘Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi Sahaja Yoga Trust’ (commonly known as the National Trust) in New Delhi. Accordingly, The Life Eternal Trust was merged in the National Trust, of which She Herself became the Chairperson and Padmavibhushan Sir C.P. Srivastava was appointed as the vice-chairperson. It was then decided to merge all other trusts existing in India, into the National Trust. Most of the trustees/society members of the state-level trusts were appointed either as trustees or as special invitees to the National trust. The National trust is the one which still appoints the State coordinators in every three years.(On Trustees)
As a result of this, several upcoming Seminars and International/National Pujas like Diwali Puja 2011 in Jaipur and Christmas Puja 2011 at Nargol, have been decided by the trust. As soon as the Nargol Seminar was announced, The Life Eternal Trust of Mumbai (which was apparently lying dormant since April 2005) deliberately announced the International Chrismas Puja at Ganapatipule during the same time. Incidentally, the Holy land of Ganapatipule is legally owned by the Life Eternal Trust of Mumbai, and the Holy land of Nargol is under the control of the National Trust. Only a few months ago the Nirmal Nagari of Ganapatipule was misused by the Life Eternal Trust (LET) of Mumbai. A letter, (from Mr V.D. Nimbalkar, the State Coordinator of Maharashtra) containing the report of misusing this Holy land, is attached herewith. (On Ganapatipule and Pawar)
The above facts lead to the conclusion, that Sahaja Yoga is now deemed to be divided into two parts.

I wish to state that the Trustees of the Life Eternal Trust ( Mumbai ) which is incidentally the First Trust established by H.H.Shri Mataji Herself, in 1972, have sent this email for the Seminar at Ganapatipule in December 2011 , with the sole intention that all the Sahaja Yogis should revive memories of how we spent many many years in the Divine presence of H.H.Shri Mataji at Ganapatipule during Christmas and held Shri Jesus Christ Puja there. We were planning this Seminar since a long time and used the auspiscious occassion of Ganesh Chaturthi to announce it. We intend to make it an annual feature. We are well within our legal rights to declare such a Seminar and have not prevented any one from attending any other Sahaja Yoga functions or Seminars . Indeed it is a matter of free will and personal choice as to which venue one wants to attend a puja at. No one in light of H.H.Shri Mataji's speech at Guru Puja in 2008 has a sole prerogative to hold a puja nor claim to do so. We shall be happy if you all too at the " National Trust " attend the Seminar and Puja in December which every Sahaja Yogi knows H.H.Shri Mataji had always held at Ganapatipule. I am sorry that as Director of the " National Trust " you are issuing such circulars that are not conducive for creating a National spirit of oneness but on the contrary creating rifts and groups. If it is not at your own volition I regret the thought processes of those who are dictating such circulars . Let us not destroy H.H.Shri Mataji's legacy for short term interests. You know Ganpatipule? The land which is symbol for love in sahajayoga,dream of our mother H.H.Shri Mataji, the land where we celbrated many sahaja seminar and praise Christ - the symbol of purity it self... You will very angry to know that last month Nationalist Congress Party of india lead by Sharad Pawar [Bhandasur] organise seminar in our holy land with permission of our Maharashtra Committee... This negative people enjoy and indulge all type of happiness available to human beings ... they enjoy women,alcohol and detroyed the purity of our holy land Nirmal Nagari with permission Maharashtra Committee.. So what shoul i do now...please tell me ... should i forgive them or should we all take strong action on Maharashtra Committee? Unfortunately, a second character appeared, the chief of the Malgund village, who showed up first, to be “Sahaj-friendly”. But, he eventually joined Sharad Pawar's party, and recently started pressurizing yogis to let him the land for his own use. So this year he managed to rent the land for Sharad Pawar's meeting, as the noise of it reached the whole Sahaj community, and scandalized the yogis who were so lucky as to have attended former seminars in G’pule.
Unfortunately, a third problem arises now. The Mumbai Life Eternal Trust (LET-M) is developing a strategy to start regular seminars there, to show that we are using this land again and and that it actually belongs to yogis, and to give it back its function as an asset of the Sahaj Collective. At the same time, the National Trust is organizing its own projects, as we can see for the Christmas seminar, the wedding systems a.s.o.
Unfortunately, the Sahaja yogis can just watch the show of the leadership’s shortcomings, while the legacy of Our Mother is slowly sinking on the Ocean of Illusions- at mercy of the Tides of ridicule.

How Ganapatipule is sinking, in 4 tides
The GP land was purchased way back in 1990’s.
Unfortunately, it suffered a “congenital problem": the premises are built on the slope of the hill, but the land next to the road belongs to somebody else. In simple words they have purchased the land but the road to the Center is owned by another citizen. This also created a problem for the water supply, that was partially solved by digging some wells.

When this gentleman saw foreign yogis (means: rich!) coming to huge gatherings of thousands of people, with marriages, his greed appetite started growing manifold every year. His demands for allowing the crossing of his (unproductive) land were growing bigger and bigger and yogis who were managing the affair couldn't control him. Yogis attending the seminars might remember that in 1995, since SY refused to pay the ridiculously huge price he asked for, he instigated some village people who were running shops around camp site and stopped Shri Mataji’s car while entering to puja pendal. He finally died, somehow and, anyway, after year 2003, the gatherings shifted to Pune or Delhi, and the land remained vacant and unused. End of one negative problem.

But in some countries I find the people are just deaf and dumb. They can't understand Sahaja Yoga.
For My program they do come, and afterwards just they disappear.
